Biography:

Cindy Ford comes to LCHS from the academic setting where she was a professor of nursing at Lubbock Christian University for 13 years. Cindy was raised in a small community and is happy to be back in the small community setting where healthcare is delivered close to home! Cindy completed the post graduate FNP program at the University of Texas -Arlington in 2019 and began FNP-BC practice in 2020. Cindy has three grown children and seven wonderful grandchildren who she loves to spend time with. Cindy loves to travel abroad, participate in medical mission trips, and relax at the lakes of Texas. She is an avid reader and has three small doggies and 5 kitties as her pets.

Cynde Schneider FNP-C Cynde is Board Certified by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) and maintains several advanced certifications. Cynde completed her Bachelors Degree in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas and her Master of Science Degree from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas.
